Priced out of Ireland? Go to colorful Tirana in Albania

Have you ever thought to live in Tirana? If not, you should think it now! Here's where to move if you are young and broke…” In the article, Tirana, the capital of Albania is listed the first place where you can have a life with cheap prices.
